We were the first business to offer a FREE TRIAL to investors in 2009. This was part of the reason for starting WeRent: to bring lower costs to NZ property investors. It is gratifying to see that others have copied us since then and started offering their own free trial period (but do read the small print - some are only if you commit to a longer management period). You can cancel our agreement at the end of the free trial period, but hey... Give us a break. If you want someone just to let your property for free how about going to another company - they are out there. Our low cost service and free trial relies upon us receiving regular income from landlords who want their properties professionally managed. So please don’t take advantage of us.
